Finding the right wedding photographer can be overwhelming. There are so many options, and this is a once in a lifetime moment. There's a lot riding on making sure that your first kiss is captured forever. I get it! Serving you well on your wedding day is something I am super passionate about. I have assembled some of the most commonly asked questions that I have been presented with during consultations in hopes that it will help you figure out even faster if I may be the right one for you!

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD WE BOOK YOU? | I am always booking 18 months in advance. Couples usually book their photographer immediately after securing their venue. Most of my couples book 8-12 months in advance, but I photographed a wedding with 28 hours/ notice. Literally!
DO YOU ALLOW PAYMENT PLANS? | Absolutely! The vast majority of my clients make payments on their wedding photography.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO BOOK? | I require a 20% retainer and signed contract to secure your wedding date + plan your engagement session.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU? | Step one. Click the "Connect" tab and send me an inquiry! I will double check that I am available for your date, and we will schedule a phone consultation to see if we may be a good fit!
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE? | Please see the Weddings tab for more detailed information on pricing. Most of my clients spend around $4,500-$5,000 for wedding day photography, which includes a full digital gallery of high resolution images, engagement session, and usually an album.
HOW DO WE PAY YOU? | I send all of my contracts and invoices electronically, and you can pay online easily and securely. I also can accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, or by check. Payment Plans are accompanied by a 2.95% convenience fee. This fee is waived if you pay in full at booking.
DO YOU DO ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS? | Yes! Most of my wedding collections include an engagement session or have the option to add one onto your wedding coverage. They are great to help us get to know one another and make you feel more comfortable for wedding day photos. They also come in handy for save the dates, wedding websites, and wedding decor.
SHOULD WE HIRE A SECOND SHOOTER? | Yes. All of my wedding collections include a second shooter. I have a close group of second shooters I use regularly who all have their own thriving photography businesses. They are invaluable to me on a wedding day. For elopements and smaller ceremonies, you have the option of adding a second shooter.
SHOULD WE HAVE A FIRST LOOK? | I LOVE a First Look. However, if you decide that a First Look is not for you, I will NOT pressure you. As your photographer, it is my job to educate you on why First Looks are helpful during your wedding day and let you make the best decision for you two as a couple. I have done weddings both with and without First Looks with happy clients all around, but it is my personal preference as your photographer to have a First Look.
DO YOU TRAVEL? | Yes! I am ALWAYS ready for an adventure. Mountains? Sea? Abroad? Passport + carry-on are always ready. All long distance wedding quotes are done on an individual basis and will include travel, accommodations, and reasonable per diem.
WHEN DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS? | You will receive a sneak peek within one week from your wedding. The sneak peek is a highlight reel of some of my favorite images from your wedding. Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 2-3 months from your wedding date. While my editing process takes a considerable amount of time, I process each individual image, and that simply takes time. :)
